Eucalyptus foliage. Cut stems, pruning and postharvest; leaf wax structure.

The production of Eucalyptus for cut foliage in Australia is discussed with reference to pruning, time of pruning, changes in epicuticular wax and how these affect the glaucous appearance of leaves, vase life and factors influencing vase life (holding solutions containing sucrose, and differing responses due to species/hybrid).
