บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest management of cut flowers.

This bulletin discusses various preharvest, harvest and postharvest factors affecting the postharvest life and quality of cut flowers, including genetic or inherent factors, preharvest growing conditions, harvesting conditions, water relations, growth regulators, temperature, irradiation, storage, grading, packing and transport. Details of postharvest management of individual cut flowers, i.e. rose, gladiolus, carnation, chrysanthemum, gerbera, anthurium, orchid and tuberose, are also given.
