บทคัดย่อ

Recent advances in post-harvest technology of vegetables and fruits in Pakistan.

This paper outlines different postharvest techniques recommended in improving the quality of a certain crop. Primary factors responsible for postharvest losses are mentioned. Institutions in Pakistan involved in postharvest research work on vegetables and fruits are presented.
