บทคัดย่อ

Recent advances and research needs in the areas of flavour and nutritional quality; preharvest factors (genotypic variation, climatic conditions and cultural practices, and maturity at harvest and harvesting method); postharvest factors (packing and packaging, cooling and storage, ethylene, postharvest integrated pest management, use of controlled atmospheres, transportation, handling at wholesale and retail markets, and fresh-cut fruits); and food safety assurance, are described.
