บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest sensory analysis of apple varieties grown in Hungary.

Surveys were conducted in Hungary for the postharvest sensory analysis of apple cultivars. The individual evaluations of the organoleptic attributes of apple cultivars Top Red Delicious, LysGolden, Idared and Jonathan M41 are presented. Profile analysis was the most suitable method for the detailed sensory description and identification of apple cultivars.
