บทคัดย่อ

Effect of GA3 on postharvest physiology of water bamboo shoot.

The effect of gibberellic acid on postharvest physiology of water bamboo (Zizania caduciflora) shoot was investigated. The results showed that the hardness decreased, the respiration rate and released C2H2 and malondialdehyde content were inhibited, and the decline of superoxide dismutase and catalase activities were delayed.
