บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest physiology, storage and transportation of litchi fruits - a review.

Research progress in postharvest physiology, technology of storage and transportation of litchi (Litchi chinensis) fruit is reviewed in this paper, with emphasis on sulfur dioxide treatment. The direction of litchi preservation in the future is also discussed.
