Advances of research on peach postharvest and storage physiology.

Research on peach postharvest and storage physiology in recent years, including respiratory intensity, hormones, calcium and heat treatments, flesh browning, undulatory-temperature storage, intermittent warming and controlled atmosphere storage physiology, are reviewed.
