บทคัดย่อ

Effect of cytokinin on cap opening in Agaricus bisporus during storage.

The effects of cytokinin (benzyladenine) on the cap opening of harvested mushrooms stored at (strain U1) 20 deg C were investigated. The cytokinin proved to be effective in retarding cap opening, with the most pronounced inhibitory effect observed at a concentration of 10-4. A model predicting the incidence of cap opening estimated that on the average, the cap opening is delayed by almost a day at 50% cap opening.
