บทคัดย่อ

Control of post-harvest loss of grain, fruits, and vegetables by radiation processing.

An article is presented discussing the potential of food irradiation in the control of insect infestation in grains and other stored food products, postharvest loss reduction in fruits and vegetables, and inhibition of sprouting in stored bulb, tuber and root crops. The outlook for radiation processing is briefly discussed.
