บทคัดย่อ

Forced-air pre-cooling of vegetables.

Three models of portable equipment for forced air precooling, namely CYYLJ-16 (0.5-1 tonne capacity), CYYLJ-32 (1-2 tonnes), and CYYLJ-80 (3-4 tonnes), were developed and cold-room tested. The equipment was efficient in precooling vegetables. The operational guides to precooling 10 kinds of vegetables (tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper, aubergine, snowpea, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, celery, and pak-choi) were also developed and currently used in Beijing, China.
