บทคัดย่อ
Cherry fruits (cv. Aksehir Napolyonu) were hydrocooled and stored under modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) system. Flesh firmness of cherries stored in MAP decreased after 5 weeks of storage, while pH increased from 4.0 to 4.5. Results showed that hydrocooled cherries can be stored for 5 weeks in MAP at 0.5 deg C.
