บทคัดย่อ

Detection of pathogens on fruit.

To prolong fruit keeping time and quality in storage, a method was developed in Russia for the quick detection of fungal pathogens using cathode water. The effect of cathode water on the development of mycelial growth and sporulation is outlined. The method allowed detection of Botrytis cinerea and Rhizopus sp. on strawberry within 6 hours compared to 16 hours with the traditional method.
