บทคัดย่อ

The development of strawberries in the commercial circuit: the problem of packaging.

During their commercial life span, harvested strawberries are easily deteriorated due to their fragile nature and rapid loss of quality. The conditions in which strawberries were processed and the environment of the distribution circuit were found to lead to variations and losses in weight of 20 and 5%, respectively (based on French data from 1999-2001). Flat plastic boxes designed to help keep the fruits in place provide a promising protection.
