บทคัดย่อ

Studies on the SO2 injury during storage for Niunai grape variety and its control.

SO2 dual-release generators effectively decreased the percentage of postharvest injury and amount of sulfide residues, and prolonged storage life, in grape variety Niunai. Spraying with a chitin solution accompanied by a germicide had a positive effect on storage traits, resulting in decreases in fruit decay percentage, fruit browning, pedicel browning, bleaching, and sulfide residues in the pulp.
