บทคัดย่อ

Research advances of postharvest physiology, postharvest pathology and storage and transport technologies for longan fruits.

A comprehensive summary of research advances on postharvest physiology and pathology, and storage and transport technology for longan fruits under ambient temperature, cold storage and controlled atmosphere storage is presented. Studies on postharvest treatment, irradiation, heat treatment, and establishment of quality assurance and control are discussed.
