Non chemical control of quiescent infection of post-harvest pathogens in tropical fruits
Postharvest diseases of tropical fruits caused by different kinds of pathogens. Quiescent infection of these pathogens occurred both in the field and after harvest. Quiescent infection and diseases development concerned to pathogen biology and host response, pre-and post-harvest factors, and reduction of these diseases through non-chemical practices is discussed.
